Using ChimeraX

ChimeraX is a molecular visualization software tool developed by UCSF's Resource for Biocomputing, Visualization, and Informatics (RBVI). It is designed for the analysis of 3D models depicting biological molecules.

ChimeraX has been added to Open OnDemand as an application. Simply access the application on the OnDemand home page and begin a virtual session.
